Procurement & Inventory Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for the daily management of equipment and consumables across all self-operated warehouses in the Philippines.

2. Conduct daily receiving inspections, warehousing, equipment labeling and coding, and equipment register updates for equipment and consumables purchased for each warehouse.

3. Manage the daily inventory movement of equipment and consumables, including stock-in, stock-out, and inventory balance records, and maintain equipment registers.

4. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stocktaking of equipment and consumables at each warehouse and prepare inventory reports.

5. Collect monthly consumables usage data, monitor the proper use of consumables in warehouses, and ensure compliance with consumables consumption targets.

6. Manage on-site inventory, equipment transfers, and issuance of equipment at stock preparation warehouses.

7. Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of local suppliers.

8. Identify, develop, and source suitable local suppliers based on business requirements.

9. Carry out other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Head Office Supply Chain Department.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above. Candidates majoring in supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, business administration, or related fields are preferred.
• Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse inventory management. Experience managing equipment, consumables, or spare parts is an advantage.
• Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL), or manufacturing warehouses is preferred.
• System Skills: Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese as a working language is required. English proficiency is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
