PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC

About the role

This role encompasses procurement, logistics coordination, inventory management, and administrative duties. You will manage material requests, source materials from qualified suppliers, coordinate deliveries to project sites, monitor inventory movement, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review Material Requests (MR), Purchase Requests (PR), and other procurement requirements
• Source materials, equipment, tools, and supplies from qualified suppliers
• Request and compare quotations to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms
• Prepare canvass sheets, purchase orders, and other procurement documents
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other supplier conditions
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites and company locations
• Arrange transportation, trucking, courier, or delivery services as required
• Monitor deliveries and immediately report delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Monitor the movement and delivery status of purchased materials
• Maintain organized procurement and logistics records and ensure proper documentation

About you

• Ability to coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, Warehouse, and Administration teams
• Ability to ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved budgets, and authorization procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing, company purchasing information, and other business-related information
• Ability to support cost-control initiatives and ensure timely procurement of project requirements
