About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Procurement & Logistics Coordinator role just for you! In this position, you will provide corporate support in delivering operational requirements for procurement, logistics and fleet activities across the business. Providing advice and administrative support to the business to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, making a real impact.

• Creating and maintaining accurate records, within the company systems in a timely manner and providing reporting structures as required which relate to fleet, procurement and logistics activities. 
• Delivering administration support for activities related to fleet, procurement and logistics including raising purchase orders, processing of invoices, and keeping the lease databases up to date in a timely manner 
• Supporting new projects and initiatives and implementing workflows to deliver compliance requirements and to drive consistency across the business. 
• Processing of infringements, fines and handling day to day fleet enquiries from internal and external parties. 
• Assisting with procurement and logistics activities including bonds, supplier engagement and property management. 
• Setting fleet specifications, sourcing comparative quotes and adhering to financial approval processes. 
• Managing the full vehicle lifecycle, coordinating fleet administrators, and overseeing end-of-lease processes. 
• Procuring and delivering vehicles by setting specifications, obtaining quotes, following financial approval processes, arranging purchase or lease decisions, and coordinating departmental handovers. 
• Coordinating fleet compliance and safety by ensuring business units or perimeter conduct regular inspections, manage their COF/WOF and specialist testing, highlighting nonconformances, and staying current with regulatory and industry changes. conformances, and staying current with regulatory and industry changes. 
• Overseeing fleet operations such as repairs and maintenance, fuel card and EV fob administration, driver profiles, monthly audits, and responding to staff and management queries. 
• Understand and comply with your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all associated regulations, standards, and approved codes of practice. 
• Understand and comply with all the company health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical qualifications or similar with relevant fleet, procurement and logistics management experience
• Thorough knowledge of commercial, passenger and EV vehicles. 
• Relationship management. 
• Knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations and requirements for vehicle fleets. 
• Technical knowledge to liaise with suppliers and service providers and an understanding of procurement and logistics practices. 
• Computer literacy. 
• Ability to provide on-the-spot problem solving and resolution.
