Procurement & Logistics Executive

1. Responsible in procurement activities. Requesting for quotation, issuance of Purchase Order, follow up for on time delivery, and coordination with Invoices till payment arrangements.
2. Assist in coordinate shipping and transportation schedules for incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
3. Maintain accurate procurement and shipping records.
4. Providing support on purchase dealings for better inter-departmental communication work arrangement and material requirements.
5. Assist in maintaining and updating ISO documents and performance target monitoring.
6. Assist in resolving problems arising or complaints regarding material requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holders in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• With 2 - 4 years of working experience in procurement and/or supply chain field
• Computer literate, good in MS Excel, Words & Powerpoint, with good typing skills and accuracy at work.
• Experience in utilizing ERP system for procurement related processes and reporting.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate and co-operate with other.
