Procurement and Logistics Personnel

• B.Sc./HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain procedures.
• Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to coordinate transportation, deliveries, and movement of materials.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate procurement and logistics records.
• Good understanding of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Ability to monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be proactive, organized, cost-conscious, and result-oriented.
• Experience in electrical equipment, metering, energy, or technical materials procurement is an added advantage.
