Procurement and Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Procurement & Operations Executive

• Handle procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations and project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare cost estimates for the operations team, including material costs, labour, transportation, and other applicable expenses.
• Prepare proforma invoices (PIs) accurately, ensuring correct quantities, pricing, GST calculations, and customer details.
• Manage petty cash payments and operational expenses while maintaining proper bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, expense registers, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile stock quantities with system records.
• Track material inward, outward, returns, and stock discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager, engineers, accounts team, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Candidates should have good Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, communication and negotiation abilities, and preferably 1–3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or operations coordination.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
