Job Title: Procurement & Order Processing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month

Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement & Order Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process for hardware and software purchases, both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, vendor management, order processing, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure hardware and software from local and international vendors.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement and order fulfillment process.

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.

• Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.

• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

• Proven experience procuring IT hardware and software locally and internationally.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.

• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.
