About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement and Product Development Executive to support our growing product portfolio. This is a critical role that supports the development and delivery of new products from concept to shelf. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail and Creative-to help bring innovative products to market efficiently and effectively.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, keeping projects on track, managing the details, and working with teams to bring exciting new ideas to market. If you love staying organised, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life on shelves, we’d love to hear from you.

You Will:

• Support the end-to-end product development process—from ideation through to launch.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met across departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to gather product specifications, samples, and costs.
• Assist in coordinating product testing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams on packaging development and claims substantiation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on project status and deliverables.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
