Procurement & Site Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement & Site Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the Fire & Security / ELV industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, supplier follow-ups, material deliveries, and site requirements to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of fire alarm, fire fighting, security, CCTV, access control, intercom, and other ELV system materials.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase requests, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding material requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on material availability, manufacturing status, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure required materials are available at site as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with the site team for material inspection, delivery, and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, and material status.
• Track pending and critical materials and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Assist in resolving procurement and material-related issues to avoid delays at site.
• Coordinate with suppliers for technical submittals, datasheets, compliance documents, and samples when required.
• Support the project team in ensuring materials are procured in accordance with approved specifications and project requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement and site coordination, preferably with a Fire & Security / ELV systems company.
• Knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intercom, and other ELV-related materials is preferred.
• Experience dealing with local suppliers and manufacturers in the UAE is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic procurement documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and site teams and follow up on deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
