Procurement & Supply Chain Associate – Construction

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Associate to support procurement activities for international operations. The role will handle procurement requests, vendor sourcing, bidding and quotation processes, purchase orders, contracts, supplier coordination, and procurement reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize procurement requests and ensure required specifications and supporting documents are complete.
• Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, Invitations to Bid, Source Selection Plans, and other procurement documents.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors and assist in maintaining the vendor roster.
• Collect, review, and analyze quotations, proposals, and bids based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, abstracts of offers, presentations, and other monitoring documents.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders, contracts, lease agreements, amendments, and Statements of Awards.
• Monitor purchase orders and contracts, including delivery schedules, renewal dates, contract expiry, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, service, and contractual issues.
• Support procurement reporting and maintain accurate procurement records and databases.
• Process procurement-related payment requests and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team.
• Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications to maintain procurement data and generate reports.
• Provide support on procurement-related concerns and other supply chain activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, sourcing, or supply chain operations, depending on educational/experience qualification.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, quotation/bid evaluation, contract management, and purchase orders is highly preferred.
• Experience in public procurement, procurement compliance, or contract review is an advantage.
• Experience working with a UN agency, international organization, or multinational company is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or other ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
