Procurement & System Inventory Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Procurement

• Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers;
• Process purchase orders; monitor delivery timelines;
• Maintain supplier database;
• Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers.

Inventory System

• Monitor stock levels; update and maintain inventory system accuracy;
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation; report discrepancies.

Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for demand forecasting.

Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and procurement reports;
• Handle delivery orders, invoices, and stock transfer documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or storekeeping (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software.
• Ability to analyze report.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
