• 该职位为一年合同的正编职位*** JOB PURPOSE: As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) Exit Lead for Direct Procurement & Logistics categories, to oversee the end-to-end transition from Unilever to The Magnum Ice Cream Company exit strategy as part of the Establishment Program. In this critical role, you will lead the transformation and strategic exit plan for TMICC spend categories (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Logistics) and ensure risk mitigation and business continuity through rigorous planning. You will work closely with Procurement leaders and teams, as well as cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency, integrity, and alignment with business objectives. In parallel, the TSA strategic plan requires to seamlessly integrate with our ERP program and support for system and process cut over is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contract Separation and Novation
• Execute contract transitions from the seller (e.g., Unilever) to the new entity (TMICC), ensuring all shared and dedicated contracts are either novated or replaced before TSA exit dates.
• Support implementation of wave plans for PO cutover, ensuring zero active POs remain in the legacy system at exit Procurement Transition Activities
• Build and validate contract databases for Direct & Logistics procurement scopes.
• Negotiate and establish new TMICC contracts for services previously under TSA, including contingency plans for blackout periods during system migration.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure continuity and compliance with new purchasing policies post-TSA
• Portfolio Coordination: Work closely with BU Leads and Category Leads to ensure that regional execution aligns with the overarching global strategy. Define, adapt and implement procurement initiatives to maximize impact. System and Process Cutover
• Operational support in the ERP migration and PO ramp-down, ensuring Ivalua systems are ready for go-live. Stakeholder Communication and Change Management
• Develop and execute internal and external communication plans for TSA exit milestones, supplier updates, and new ways of working.
• Act as the primary liaison between procurement, legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve issues quickly Knowledge Transfer and Capability Building
• Ensure knowledge transfer from legacy teams to TMICC procurement teams, including contract management, reporting processes, ways of working and cross-functional teams (i.e. Supplier Operations)
• Support training and onboarding for new procurement systems and policies Geographic coverage:

• Broad understanding of procurement processes
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, within at least 2 years in Direct category procurement under managerial roles within FMCG or similar industry.
• Experience in managing complex marketing related portfolios across diverse categories,
• Understanding of supply chain and value chain management in the context of E2E marketing eco-system, ideally globally.
