Procurement Assistant

Major roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for a wide range of supplies purchasing and rental of construction materials and equipment;
• Perform full cycle of procurement activities including preparing purchase orders, price negotiation, quotation acquisition etc;
• Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule;
• Handle purchasing enquiries, incoming/outgoing correspondence from factories, suppliers and internal parties;
• Monitor site stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system of general construction project; and
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• High Diploma / Associate Degree or above;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Chinese and English Typing;
• Self-motivated, outgoing, eager to learn, and willing to take up new challenges;
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, alternative Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm;
• Immediate available would be preferred.
