Procurement Assistant

• Assist in the procurement of packaging materials, marketing materials, and food raw materials.
• Support business negotiations with suppliers and help align on commercial terms.
• Follow up on supplier deliveries, support invoice reconciliation, and assist with return/claim handling.
• Issue and track purchase orders and logistics orders in a timely manner to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (demand planning, quality control) and suppliers to support supply continuity and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Maintain procurement-related records and support data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage and update procurement documentation, including POs, contracts, supplier database, and payment records.
• Support supplier relationship management and day-to-day communication. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply Chain, Business, or related fields preferred);
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of procurement / supply chain / operations experience are welcome;
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and ethical standards;
• Good logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes; familiarity with European quality standards is a plus. 实习生根据表现可提供转正机会
