Procurement Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the full end-to-end procurement workflow
• Conduct supplier sourcing and evaluate quotations
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
• Organise, maintain and safeguard procurement documentation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience
• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC/NTC, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
