Procurement Assistant

​Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Support urgent purchase requests and project-based sourcing.
• Liaise with suppliers to track order status and resolve issues.
• Logistics and delivery coordination.
• Managing inventory and stock movement.
• Evaluating, maintaining, and updating purchase records.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Maintain procurement documentation, and general administrative support.
• Undertake any other add-hoc duties as assigned requirements.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): negotiation skill, presentation skill, excellent communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Detail oriented, responsible and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduated are encourage to apply.
