- Prepare and issue POs.
- Monitor procurement status and ensure materials arrive according to project schedule.
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager, Site Team, QS, Tender and Accounts.
- Check supplier invoices/DOs against POs.
- Assist tender/project teams with material pricing and supplier quotations.
- Ensure purchases comply with project specifications and approved brands.
- Monitor procurement budget and committed costs.
- Follow up with suppliers on quotation, order confirmation and delivery.
- Coordinate material delivery to project sites.
- Update material pricing and supplier lists.
- Assist Procurement Executive/Manager with purchasing matters.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and delayed deliveries.
