Procurement Assistant

About the role

Supports the Procurement Team in sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, documentation, and inventory monitoring for company projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers, collecting quotations, and preparing cost comparisons.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare PRs, POs, and procurement documents accurately and on time.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project Teams.
• Flag procurement delays and assist in resolving delivery concerns.
• Compile and maintain procurement documents for billing and project close-out.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and procurement files.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishment based on project needs.

About you

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, purchasing, or procurement roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for supplier and internal coordination.
