Procurement Assistant

• Create, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Source new suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare quotation and price comparison analyses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, manufacturing progress, deliveries, and delays.
• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate shipment inspections and update inventory and supplier pricing.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual procurement and inventory forecasts.
• Provide regular updates on shipment status, order progress, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding market trends, product requirements, and inventory needs.
• Manage local procurement requirements, supplier invoices, office supplies, and company vehicle service-related purchasing.
• Support the renewal of company licenses and other operational procurement requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, vehicle details, and aftermarket trends.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier sourcing, and price negotiations.
• Ability to prepare and analyze supplier quotations and price comparisons.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
• High accuracy when handling prices, quantities, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and suppliers simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/purchasing systems.
• Good understanding of inventory levels, purchasing databases, and supplier pricing.
