Procurement Assistant

1)     Main duties & Responsibilities:

·        Raise and process Purchase Orders accurately.

·        Track open Purchase Orders and follow up to ensure timely shipments.

·        Ensure complete shipping and forwarding documents for timely customs clearance and delivery.

·        Coordinate closely with suppliers, forwarders, and the outsource warehouse team.

·        Coordinate with the Technical and Quality teams on the raw materials list.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.

2)     General

·        To maintain awareness and keep updated with any changes that would affect the Company.

·        To act as a professional and positive ambassador for Aquaspersions.

·        To ensure that the department works effectively, accurately, and fairly at all times.

·        To carry out such duties as may reasonably be required from time to time to meet the evolving needs of Aquaspersions.

·        Perform duties in a safe and environmentally manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures and ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
