Procurement Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing activities and help keep orders, supplier information, and procurement records organized. You will assist with researching suppliers, comparing product and pricing information, tracking orders, and communicating with vendors.

Duties

• Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Collect and compare product, pricing, and availability information.
• Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding products, prices, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Enter and update procurement information in company systems.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier information, and related documents.
• Assist with comparing supplier options and preparing basic purchasing information.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to compare information and work accurately with numbers.

Pay: $22.86-$32.83 per hour
