Job Responsibilities – Procurement Assistant

Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices.

Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.

Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required.

Coordinate and follow up on material deliveries to ensure timely arrival.

Update and maintain procurement records and supplier databases.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing matters.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
