Procurement Assistant

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare purchase orders, RFQ’s, and other procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, deliveries, and product availability.
• Maintain update suppliers record, price lists, and purchase files.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt goods and services.
• Review supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Support vendor accreditation and compliance process.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams.
• Provide administrative support, including filling, documentation, and reports.
• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years work experience in procurement or supply chain management: fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of procurement  procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
• Available to start immediately.
