Procurement Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for materials, products, and services.
• Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment-related queries.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials.
• Maintain vendor databases, supplier registration documents, quotation records, and purchase registers.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and procurement priorities.
• Update purchase details, vendor information, and order status in ERP or other procurement systems.
• Assist in identifying new vendors and negotiating competitive prices under the guidance of the procurement team.
• Track pending orders, delayed deliveries, and discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and management reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
