Procurement Assistant (project & Non-trade) – 1 Year Experience MEDICAL EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY

Location: Greenhills, San Juan City

Salary: ₱18,000–₱20,000

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related course.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, quotation comparison, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing project-related and non-trade goods and services.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor deliveries and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing in compliance with company policies and procedures.
