PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT / PURCHASING ASSISTANT / SOURCING ASSISTANT

About the role

This role involves managing supplier relationships, sourcing, and procurement activities. You will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers on price, technical specifications, and delivery schedules, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring project costing is analyzed correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and negotiate price, technical and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Source new suppliers and maintain long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
• Obtain quotes from different suppliers
• Ensure costing for each project is analyzed accurately
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

About you

• Fresh graduate with Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, Management or equivalent
• Experienced candidates are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet
• Fast learner, responsible and able to work in a team
• Skills in communication and English
