PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement (experience in importation is an advantage)
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage purchase orders from creation to completion (including payment requests and delivery)
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and brokers
• Monitor and update tracking sheets for all orders and shipments
• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of procured items
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
