Procurement Associate

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting the procurement department's operations by managing key administrative and analytical tasks. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess a solid understanding of procurement best practices.

This position is responsible for:

• Monthly KPI Report
• Vendor Accreditation & Renewal
• Supplier Development
• Supplier Performance Evaluation
• SRA Permit / License to Operate
• Sealed Bidding Compliance/Monitoring
• FSSC Audit
• ICFR Compliance/Audit

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations & Business Management.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably on FMCG.
• Experience in SAP, MS Office, Project Management, Communication Skills
