What they need
Education & Experience:
Graduate of a 4-year course related to Business Management
With 1–3 years of experience in the same field as procurement/purchasing.
Preferably with experience in the food industry
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and assisting existing and new suppliers such as Walk-in supplier, email and on call.
Creating purchase order for Food items such as prices, quantity and delivery date in ERP (IBAS system) as well as for Apollo Farm.
Follow up undelivered purchase orders.
Evaluate Supplier performance quarterly.
Coordinate supplier returns for replacement or deductions.
Coordinate delivered PJC raw materials.
Submit DR, S.I. and RR for PJC raw materials to accounting
Filing and maintaining of procurement records for future reference. (FG specs, raw material specs and SPP)
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm (compressed time)
