Procurement Associate

About the role

ECOSHIFT CORPORATION is looking for a Procurement Associate to join our growing team. The role involves assisting in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, equipment, and services, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and maintaining procurement records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, equipment, and services
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations and prepare price comparisons
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Monitor and follow up on orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, warehouse, and accounting
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information
• Assist in resolving purchasing, delivery, and supplier-related concerns
• Prepare procurement reports and other documents as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing/Procurement, or related field
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing
• Experience in construction, lighting, electrical, engineering, or related industries is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in sourcing, canvassing, quotation comparison, and PO processing
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
