What they need
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accepts purchase requests; Source out possible vendors
- Create purchase orders and canvass sheets
- Assist in occular/ survey visits
- Confirms and trace purchase orders
- Coordinates with requesting department and vendor on any purchasing related requests
- Process vendor files and documents
- Processing of purchase documents such as DRs, Invoices and PRFs
- Receiving of deliveries and documents
- Perform other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Business program or any related course
- With extensive experience in the field of purchasing
- Willing to work on-site
- With supplier database of the same industry (preferred but not required)
