Procurement Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to support our purchasing, inventory, and operational activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring cost-effective procurement, accurate inventory management, and smooth project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes (RoQ, PO preparation, supplier coordination, invoice encoding)
• Maintain organized procurement records and vendor database
• Conduct canvassing and negotiate competitive pricing
• Monitor deliveries and ensure compliance with purchase terms
• Oversee inventory monitoring, stock checks, and documentation
• Ensure quality standards for purchased and stored materials
• Coordinate site logistics, documentation, and operational requirements
• Provide general administrative and stakeholder support

Job Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations in construction company.

• Experience in construction, engineering, or technical procurement (a plus).

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Keen attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage suppliers and monitor costs

• Proactive in improving processes and operational efficiency

• Good communication and coordination skills
