Procurement Associate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, procurement, site acquisition, property leasing, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating with property owners, landlords, or commercial establishments is preferred.
• Familiarity with OOH advertising formats, billboard locations, LED screens, or media asset acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good research, site-scouting, and market analysis capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and identify cost-effective locations
• Familiarity with Google Maps, location mapping, and basic site documentation
• Willingness to conduct field visits, site inspections, and meetings with property owners.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
