Procurement Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Prepare Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and other procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, availability, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Monitor the status of ordered materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, accounting, and site operations teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, approved budgets, and applicable procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplies is a plus.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
