We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Procurement Associate to join our purchasing team and contribute to our growth.

Position Overview:

The Associate Buyer has support responsibility for specific lines within a product category, and is responsible for the daily procurement of goods within assigned lines, assisting in business development with supplier partners, inventory returns and overall management. This position will report to the Procurement Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure products for assigned supplier lines
• Monitor and manage inventory levels by product category
• Coordinate with sales to place, track, and manage orders
• Resolve shipment discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse teams
• Maintain product data, including SKUs, pricing, and cost updates
• Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned product lines

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Associate degree or higher in a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
