Procurement Associate (IT Materials Buyer)

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:**Probationary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Support the procurement requirements of various Filinvest Group companies by sourcing goods and services at the best value, quality, and price.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase planning, PR/PO processing, supplier sourcing, and vendor negotiation.
• Coordinate with end-users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and delivery of requirements.
• Monitor deliveries and supplier performance and assist in resolving logistics-related concerns.
• Coordinate payment requirements and supporting documents to help ensure the timely payment of suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, provide sourcing alternatives, and conduct market and pricing research.
• Expand and maintain the pool of qualified suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance with procurement policies, and ethical purchasing practices.
• Support procurement standardization, consolidation initiatives, and strategic planning across projects and business units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related fields.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and procurement-related software or ERP systems.
