Procurement Associate (Warehouse)

Job Summary
The Warehouse & Procurement Associate is responsible for purchasing, receiving, organizing, packing, and preparing grocery and operational supplies needed by Engkanto Taps outlets. The role requires good knowledge of grocery products and suppliers, particularly from stores such as S&R, supermarkets, and other wholesale/grocery suppliers, as well as strong attention to inventory and order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase grocery items, supplies, and other operational needs for Engkanto Taps outlets.
• Source items from S&R, supermarkets, wholesale stores, and other suppliers based on outlet requirements.
• Familiarize with different grocery brands, product sizes, prices, and available alternatives.
• Monitor and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Receive and check purchased items to ensure correct quantity, quality, and condition.
• Organize and properly store grocery and warehouse items.
• Prepare, pack, and label orders for delivery to different Engkanto Taps outlets.
• Ensure that each outlet receives the correct items and quantities based on their orders.
• Coordinate with outlet teams regarding their procurement and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory movement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, procurement, purchasing, grocery, or inventory-related work.
• Experience purchasing groceries or supplies from S&R, supermarkets, wholesale stores, or similar establishments is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of different grocery products, brands, sizes, and price ranges.
• Experience in picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery is preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially when checking quantities and orders.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of handling and moving grocery items and supplies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory monitoring and record-keeping.
• Willing to work onsite and travel to different supplier locations when needed.
• Monitor stocks and identify items that need to be replenished.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of grocery and other supplies to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Assist with loading and preparing items for delivery when needed.
• Perform other warehouse, procurement, and operational tasks as assigned.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience as a Grocery Buyer, Procurement Assistant, Warehouse Associate, Purchasing Staff, Grocery Staff, Inventory Staff, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,693.00 per month
