PROCUREMENT (CHINESE SPEAKER)

• Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and related documents.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase documents.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, and purchases.
• Assist in cost-saving and supplier improvement initiatives.
• Resolve purchasing, delivery, and supplier-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
