Position: Procurement
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE -- Kizad
Industry: Steel Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities for the factory.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and other factory requirements.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, and Finance departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery schedules, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure purchases are made according to company procedures and approved requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve any delivery or supply issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Steel/Metal industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market prices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven procurement experience in a factory/manufacturing environment will be given preference.

Availability: Immediate Joiner

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
