What they need
To source and procure project materials or services and manage Request for Quotation / Proposal (RFQ/RFP). Prepare procurement documents to solicit bids/quotation for the purchase and / or lease for materials and services. Tabulation on commercial bid evaluation, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers. Responsible to work with project team in cost comparison among bidders and technical evaluation summary, as part of the Techno- Commercial evaluation before award. This is to achieve teh company's objective of TQC (Time, Quality, Cost).
