Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing process from PR, quotation, PO to receiving.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure timely availability of goods according to 5-star hospitality standards.
• Manage vendors for hotel amenities, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and general supplies.
• Monitor receiving, inventory, and stock opname.
• Ensure quantity, quality, specifications, and documentation match the PO.
• Coordinate with Store, Finance, Cost Control, and related departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement within hotel, resort, or villa.

  5-star hospitality experience is highly preferred.

• Able to drive both cars and motorcycles and hold valid SIM A & SIM C.

• Experience with VHP System is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and stock opname.

• Good knowledge and network of hotel amenities & hospitality suppliers in Bali.

• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
