Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Job Description

• Conduct supplier sourcing, identification, and evaluation based on company requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and negotiate prices and purchasing terms with suppliers.
• Process and maintain invoices, sales contracts, and other purchasing documents.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure purchasing requirements are properly fulfilled.
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support daily purchasing activities and follow company procurement procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Purchasing is preferred.
• Must have English skill and Mandarin is a plus.
• Must have skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined.
• Able to collaborate with other functions and departments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Willing to be placed in Pemalang, Central Java.
