About the role

Manage procurement activities for real estate development and construction projects. Source and purchase construction materials, furniture, built-in furniture, loose furniture, interior materials, fixtures, and project-related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers, vendors, and contractors based on price, quality, service, and delivery capability
• Prepare RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders (PO), and other procurement-related documents
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, commercial conditions, and delivery schedules to achieve competitive costs and project requirements
• Coordinate with Project, Construction, QS/Cost, Design, and Interior teams to ensure materials and products meet required specifications
• Monitor production and delivery schedules to ensure materials and furniture are delivered according to the construction timeline
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new potential vendors, particularly in Phuket and nearby areas
• Monitor procurement status, outstanding POs, cost savings, and potential supply risks that may impact project schedules

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or contractor businesses is required
• Experience in purchasing construction materials, furniture, built-in/loose furniture, interior materials, or FF&E is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, cost comparison, and supplier management skills
• Good coordination and communication skills with suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Purchasing systems
• Experience with Mango ERP is an advantage
• Able to work effectively under project deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Able to work permanently in Phuket
