About the role

A procurement officer/staff is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing goods and services for an organization efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.

What you'll be doing

1. Procurement -Purchase Order/ sourcing, acquiring, and managing goods.
2. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting
3. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure adequate inventory while minimizing carrying costs
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams members

1. Organizational and detail-oriented abilities
2. Proficiency in supplier management software and data analysis tools
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and tools
