Job Description

• Manage procurement of merchandise, Gift with Purchase (GWP), PR packages, printing, POSM, and other brand-related needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality, and payment terms.
• Ensure product specifications, quality, budget, production timelines, and deliveries meet company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes and resolve any issues.
• Manage procurement administration, including PR/PO, vendor invoices, petty cash settlements, documentation, and payment coordination with Finance.
• Maintain vendor databases and prepare regular reports on procurement activities, budget utilization, project status, and outstanding payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, particularly in merchandise, printing, packaging, GWP, or POSM.
• Experienced in vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and vendor evaluation.
• Familiar with end-to-end procurement processes, including PR/PO, goods receipt, invoicing, petty cash settlement, and vendor payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for price analysis, budget monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry, as well as an established vendor network for merchandise, printing, packaging, and promotional items, is a plus.
