Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other supplies required for the smooth operation of the business.

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for ensuring that required items are purchased at the right quality, quantity, price, and time while maintaining good relationships with suppliers and supporting effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure quality raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Raise and process purchase orders in line with approved requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the bakery, food service, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of purchasing and supplier management processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and cost control.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic procurement/inventory management systems.
• High level of integrity and accountability.

Pay: ₦350,000.00 per month
