Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Coimbatore. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in the Sales domain. The Inside Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, documentation, and customer communication to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the sales team with sourcing the materials from the supplier/OEM

2. Handle inquiries from vendors and provide prompt follow-up in coordination with the sales team.

3. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and client communications.

4. Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

5. Prepare and update sales reports, tracking sheets, and client databases.

6. Assist sales coordinator in preparing costing sheet & quotations

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2. 1-3 years' experience required

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Fluency in English is must

6. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. No field sales are required.

7. Eagerness to learn and grow within the oil & gas industry.
