Position Summary for Procurement Coordinator:

Complete Hospitality Solutions is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual who has the desire to learn. The Procurement Coordinator will assist the procurement team with purchasing FF&E and OS&E items within the limits of budget. This role also includes assisting and supporting the project construction teams with purchase orders and contract expediting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the areas of contracts, purchase orders and procurement.

Responsibilities for Procurement Coordinator:

• Review specifications of items.
• Review the purchasing schedule.
• Load project specifications into ERP.
• Request quotes and proposals.
• Review and enter quote information into ERP
• Create purchase orders.
• Obtain all necessary approvals for purchase orders before submitting to Account Payable for payment.
• Delivery tracking.
• Handle change order requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Purchasing Coordinator:

• Two plus years’ experience working with contracts, purchase orders or procurement
• Two plus years’ experience working in the construction industry preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
