Procurement Coordinator

The Canadian Craft Cannabis Company's mission is the relentless pursuit of the finest, freshest craft cannabis, and that starts with what comes through our door. We're a fast-growing business, and we're hiring a Procurement Coordinator who's obsessed with getting the details right just as much as we are.
This is an entry-level role to support our Procurement, working closely with our small, global team. That means real exposure to all areas of the business, ownership day-to-day and a bigger picture to grow into.

What you'll actually be doing:

Product sampling at our suppliers and pre-export airport inspections
Processing purchase orders and tracking order confirmations and delivery dates
Maintaining supplier records, pricing sheets, and procurement documentation
Assisting with data entry and reporting on procurement metrics
Following up with suppliers on order status, paperwork, and documentation
Coordinating global shipment of inventory
Tracking and managing our global packaging supply, controlling inventory and replenishing as required
Preparing data for supplier scorecards and general performance tracking

Who we're looking for: Someone at the start of their career but detail focussed — the kind of person who catches the small error before it becomes a big one. You're comfortable working with data, sharp with numbers, organized, and a clear communicator. No procurement experience required, but you're hungry to learn. You'll need a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling within British Columbia (and occasionally a little further afield) for sampling and inspections.

Based in West Vancouver, with travel across BC. Must have valid driving license.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
