Procurement Coordinator

Office in 1 Tampines Central 5, CPF Tampines Building, SG

Job Summary:

The Procurement Coordinator will support the procurement process in an efficient and professional manner by ensuring timely delivery of materials and providing data entry tasks for the Procurement Department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the procurement process

• Confirm and expedite factory purchase orders

• Promptly maintain system integrity on supplier updates

• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products

• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness opportunities

• Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier details, order history, and pricing data

• Identify and escalate issues with late deliveries, order discrepancies or quality issues

• Resolve / elevate all related problems on incoming parts, such as old date code, damage parts etc with / to Procurement Specialists

• Comply with the Company’s Quality Management System

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·         A minimum of a Diploma or GCE “O” Level

·         Minimum 3 years related working experience

·         Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procurement Tools

·         Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
